Information Energy Coach uses
If you choose to grant access, Energy Coach reads selected Apple Health data such as sleep, heart and recovery signals, activity, body profile information, and nutrition totals. You can also enter lifestyle check-ins such as mood, stress, caffeine, alcohol, symptoms, and perceived energy.
How information is used
This information is used only to calculate your energy estimate, explain relevant signals, personalise wellness suggestions, show trends, and share your latest score with your paired Apple Watch.
Storage and sharing
Energy Coach processes Apple Health information on your device. Check-ins and preferences are stored locally using Apple platform storage. The latest score may be transferred between your own paired iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework.
Energy Coach does not operate a developer server, create an advertising profile, sell personal information, or share health information with advertisers or data brokers.
Apple Health
Health access is optional and controlled through Apple’s permission interface. Energy Coach requests read access only and does not write data to Apple Health. You can review or revoke access at any time in the Health app or iPhone Settings.
Analytics and tracking
Energy Coach does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Data retention and deletion
Because information is stored locally, you can remove it by clearing relevant app settings or deleting the app. Apple Health records remain managed by Apple Health and are not deleted when you remove Energy Coach.
Children
Energy Coach is a general wellness tool and is not knowingly designed to collect personal information from children.

Changes
This policy may be updated if the app’s data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
